Lenna’s current role focuses on client engagements involving compensation studies for base and total compensation, pay equity, and building DEI thought leadership and knowledge offerings for clients via white papers, surveys, roundtables, and panel discussions. She has been with Salary.com since 2019 and has 20 years of compensation management, consulting, and HR experience across various industries and companies.
